Anyone with an internet connection can enjoy Oklahoma City’s deadCenter Film Festival, which is now virtual! The deadCenter Film Festival is Oklahoma’s largest film festival, and it showcases independent films, both international and domestic, including films made in Oklahoma. Buy a $100 Virtual Pass to enjoy films from all your favorite genres, as well as panels, special events, and discussions. If you’re interested in the festival’s queer programming, you can buy a $25 Pride Pass that also gives you access to a secret Happy Hour. 

Celebrate local craftsmanship in Oklahoma City at An Affair of the Heart, one of the largest craft shows in the Southwest. Browse quilts, antique furniture and jewelry, folk art, stoneware, and much more from Friday, June 11 to Sunday, June 13 at State Fair Park. Admission is $7 and includes entry for the entire weekend. 

From Thursday, June 10 to Sunday, June 13, visit the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond for the annual Endeavor Games! The Endeavor Games for Athletes with Physical Disabilities is an event where children and adults with physical disabilities can enjoy competitive sports and games for four days. If you or your child are disabled, come over and enjoy some athletic fun!

If you’re in Norman, you can check out the Sam Noble Museum’s latest temporary exhibit: In The Dark! For the standard admission price, check out the wild world of creatures that live their lives in the dark, from cave-dwellers to animals that live in the deep sea. This interactive exhibit has walk-through dioramas, interactive stations, and exploratory panels.
