The Curious World of Orchids. Prepare to be transfixed as you step foot into the Curious World of Orchids. The Orchid Show returns to the Inasmuch Foundation Crystal Bridge Conservatory after its extensive renovation. This show will display hundreds of peculiar orchids with fascinating, unique, and wildly beautiful shapes. You’ll learn more about these exquisite flowers and what makes them such a unique and diverse plant family, which is the second largest. Make this show a stop to brighten up your winter.

Bruce Bruce at Bricktown Comedy Club. Bruce Bruce is a name synonymous with keeping audiences rolling with laughter thanks to his captivating improv skills and larger than life comedic style. Bruce’s steady style of comedy has been showcased across the country, and he has been entertaining audiences young and old, and of all backgrounds, for years.

Element Soccer Camp at Scissortail Park. Join us for our camp March 15-17 at Scissortail park turf soccer field! Elite training camp for all levels with ages 2009-2016 boys and girls Academy and Competitive. 3 days of training at Scissortail park in OKC. The camp will be focused on technical skills of a player, small sided games, scrimmages, and college coaches or players instructing.

8PM – Perfect Days – 2024 Oscar Preview (ENCORE SCREENING) at OKC MOA. Winner of Best Actor at the Cannes Film Festival and nominated for the 2024 Best International Feature Oscar, Wim Wenders’ poetic character study follows Hirayama (Kôji Yakusho), a solitary middle-aged toilet cleaner in Tokyo whose quiet life revolves around books, cassette tapes, and the search for beauty.

8PM – American stand-up comedian and actor Katt Williams returns to Oklahoma City with The Dark Matter Tour on Friday, March 15, 2024 at the Paycom Center.

10AM – Myriad Gardens Botanical Candle Pouring. Join Jeff Chambless of MoonGlow Maven in embracing intentionality and crafting your own botanically-inspired, hand-poured candle. With all natural ingredients and botanicals, each candle is guaranteed through the expertise and guidance of your instructor. Each participant will leave with one 8oz candle, and guests are welcome to bring their own botanicals or crystals for an extra-personal touch if so desired.

10 AM – Working endlessly to put an end to food insecurity in our local communities, Meals of Hope is hosting a volunteer event this Saturday, March 16th, 2024, from 10am – 12pm at St. Augustine of Canterbury (14700 North May Avenue Oklahoma City, OK). 11AM – Drop-In Art: Watercolor Canvas Weavings at OKC MOA. Participants will explore color mixing and the plain weaving process as they create their own colorful creations, drawing inspiration from artist Thor Rinden’s painting Jane, featured in the exhibition First Look: New to the Museum in the 3rd-floor galleries.

1PM – Myriad Gardens Gardening 101. Have you wanted to start a garden but don’t know where to begin? Maybe you’ve got a little bit of experience under your belt but something’s just not quite working the way it should. Join us for a half-day crash course in everything it takes to be a successful gardener. We will discuss soil, seed starting, sun and shade, irrigation, fertilizing, selecting varieties, botany for the gardener, and more. Let’s grow!

6PM – Christian music’s largest annual tour, Winter Jam, is coming to Oklahoma City with Crowder, Lecrae, CAIN, Katy Nichole, Seventh Day Slumber, NewSong, SEU Worship, John Wesley with Reach City, LIN D, Zane Black, and Joseph O’Brien. Entry is $15 at the door – no tickets required.

Winner of Best Actress at the 2023 Cannes Film Festival, this sweeping, richly textured character study from award-winning filmmaker Nuri Bilge Ceylan centers on a disillusioned art teacher struggling through life and work in Turkey’s remote East Anatolia region.

11AM – Sham-ROCK the Gardens: St. Patrick’s Day Celebration at Myriad Gardens. Come join us for a family-friendly Irish celebration filled with music and dancing, local food and artisan vendors, photo ops, and more! Enjoy dance routines by the McTeggart Irish Dancers of OK and music from Flowers of Edinburgh and Ravens Three. Hear the sound of classic bagpipe music as the Oklahoma Scottish Pipes and Drums make their grand entrance through the Gardens. In keeping with tradition, the lake will be safely dyed a bright shade of green. Bring your chairs and join us at Devon Lawn.

1PM – St. Patrick’s Day Treasure Hunt in the Crystal Bridge at Myriad Gardens. Add a self-guided treasure hunt to your St. Patrick’s day Crystal Bridge visit. Follow clues that will lead you to the Leprechaun’s treasure and learn more about tropical plants along the way!
