DIGITAL MEDIA COORDINATOR

Location: Remote
Schedule: Flexible, 15 hrs./week

Position Summary:

The Digital Media Coordinator helps bridge print publication with the digital world. This role converts print content into engaging online experiences, creates original social media content and supports the curation of newsletters and email ad campaigns. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Conversion & SEO: Adapt and upload print content to the website with SEO best practices to optimize reach and discoverability.
  • Newsletter & Email Support: Assist with the creation, scheduling, and execution of newsletters and email advertising campaigns. This includes e-blasts and sponsored content articles on the website. 
  • Digital Content Collaboration: Work with the digital team to curate and publish timely, on-brand content across web, email and social channels. 
  • Platform Management: Support the Digital Director in managing all digital platforms to grow audience engagement and brand loyalty.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with the publication’s market and brand, with an eye for tailoring content to our audience.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Understanding of social media engagement strategies and digital audience behaviors.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on collaboration and feedback.

DIGITAL ADVERTISING SALES EXECUTIVE

Location: Remote
Compensation: Monthly stipend + 20% commission on all sales
Schedule: Flexible, part-time

Who We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a results-oriented digital sales professional with experience in influencer marketing or social media sales. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to sell integrated digital campaigns, speak confidently about reach, engagement, and ROI, and build strategic partnerships with brands.

This position sells exclusively digital offerings—no print responsibilities—and will play a key role in scaling our digital and influencer-driven revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell digital-first marketing solutions, including:
    • Social media campaigns (Instagram, Facebook, and emerging platforms)
    • Influencer and creator partnerships
    • Sponsored digital content and branded storytelling
    • Email newsletters and audience-based digital placements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to package and pitch custom, campaign-based solutions.
  • Consult with clients to understand KPIs, budgets, and campaign objectives.
  • Build and manage long-term client relationships, from pitch through post-campaign reporting.
  • Identify new business opportunities and stay current on social trends, platform changes, and creator marketing best practices.

As an Advertising Account Executive  your responsibilities will include – but are not limited to the following:

  • Identifying new sales opportunities and building strong relationships using a consultative approach
