Dr. Emily Morgan Pollard is the founder and medical director of Align Interventional Pain, a practice dedicated to providing innovative, evidence-based treatments for chronic pain. A former NCAA Division I golfer at Baylor University, she earned her medical degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine before completing residency training in anesthesiology and fellowship training in interventional pain medicine at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.
Since founding Align in 2020, Dr. Pollard has grown the practice into a team serving patients across Oklahoma, with clinics in north Oklahoma City and Enid. She is joined by Dr. Devin Reed, who brings a diverse background in athletics and medicine to the Align team. After growing up in northwest Arkansas, Dr. Reed competed in track and field at Arkansas State University before earning his medical degree from Dartmouth Medical School. He then completed both his anesthesiology residency and interventional pain medicine fellowship training at the University of Mississippi Medical Center.
The Align team believes effective pain treatment goes beyond managing symptoms. They focus on identifying the source of pain, restoring function, and improving quality of life through personalized treatment plans.
