The mission of Oklahoma Eye Associates is to provide exceptional, personal, and compassionate eye care while helping every patient achieve the clearest and most comfortable vision possible. Dr. David Jackson is a fellowship-trained refractive surgeon who has practiced ophthalmology in Oklahoma City for 25 years. He specializes in refractive lens exchange, LASIK, PRK, SMILE, and premium cataract surgery.
Throughout his career, Dr. Jackson has focused on cataract and refractive surgery, advanced lens technology, and individualized surgical planning based on each patient’s vision needs, lifestyle, and goals. Having had lens replacement himself, he understands the decision from both the physician’s and patient’s perspective and helps patients thoughtfully decide whether a vision-correction procedure is right for them.
Dr. Jackson has been recognized by Castle Connolly’s Top Doctors and America’s Best Doctors. He is a former Professor of Ophthalmology and has trained many ophthalmology residents and 21 fellows who now practice across the United States.
Dr. Jackson founded Oklahoma Eye Associates to create a patient-centered practice built on advanced surgical care, clear communication, and a welcoming experience from the first visit through follow-up. He and his wife, Traci, also founded Kind Sight, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that helps provide glasses to elementary school children in need. Patients benefit from care centered on experience, innovation, service, and a personal commitment to helping each individual feel heard, respected, and confident in their care.
