We have put together our top list of pumpkin patches in the 405, each one as cool as a fall breeze. You’ll find truckloads of pumpkins and oodles of family- friendly activities at each of these destinations.

Admission includes activities such as hay rides, train rides, a corn maze, pumpkin patch and animal barnyard, jumping pillows, a carousel and more. Pony rides and homemade treats sold separately. Tickets can be purchased online; kids two and younger are free.

Parkhurst Pumpkin Patch 

Sept. 17 – Nov. 8

For $10 admission, you get a mini pumpkin to take home and a whole day’s worth of family fun. Kids can burn energy in the hay bale play area with slides, cozy up with bunnies and check out the cattle on-site. There’s a tire swing, an old-fashioned merry-go-round, pony rides and hay rides to keep everyone entertained, plus a game barn for even more activities. Grab a treat from the concessions stand or browse the little gift shop before you go.

Mark your calendar for the Route 66 Balloon Festival, September 23–27, when colorful hot air balloons fill the sky for an unforgettable weekend of family entertainment. Tickets for all the Parkhurst Ranch fall experiences can be purchased online.

Chester’s Pumpkin Patch

Sept. 26 to Nov. 1

Come check out this patch’s barnyard games, pony rides for children, tractor rides, petting zoo, a hay bale mystery maze, live music on the weekends and more. Admission is $14 for ages 2 to 10, $8 for ages 11 – 64 and free for ages 64+ and children under 2. Tickets can be purchased online.

Wings Fall Festival and Pumpkin Patch

Open Oct. 2 to 18, Friday, Saturday and Sunday

Tickets get you unlimited hayrides, games, bounce house visits, pumpkin train rides, petting zoo entry, photo-ops and access to food trucks. Tickets are $8 per person, or you can get a group rate for $28. Check the website for special Saturday activities and for more details.

Pumpkinville at Myriad Botanical Gardens, presented by OG&E, returns with the all-new theme The Museum of Pumpkinville, featuring more than 50,000 pumpkins, gourds, and fall foliage transformed into museum-inspired exhibits from dinosaurs and rocket ships to famous works of art. Open Monday, Thursday, and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Pumpkinville offers families festive fun and hands-on exploration with extended Crystal Bridge Conservatory hours to match. This cherished fall tradition also supports the Myriad Gardens Foundation, enhancing Oklahoma City’s educational and cultural programs.
