Chef Gustavo Chang Risi, better known as “Sushi Goose,” has been wowing private parties all over the OKC metro. Risi has a diverse background, having been born and raised in Peru to Chinese and Italian parents and migrating to the United States at 16. He comes by the art of food preparation and presentation naturally, having worked in his family’s restaurant, and has hosted outstanding in-home parties for Friendsgiving, Galentine’s Day, date nights and other occasions.
