In addition to its newest location, The Big Biscuit is celebrating its 25th birthday with a big menu refresh! After continuous requests and many reviews later, The Big Biscuit has rolled out brand new menu items that add sweet and spicy twists to its fan-favorite staples.
You craved it, they made it: The Big Biscuit created its new Chicken Biscuits using its 24-hour brined and hand-breaded fried chicken, sandwiched between its signature oversized buttermilk biscuit and served with a choice of country grits or potatoes. Take your pick from two standout flavors:
- Nashville Hot Chicken Biscuit – A sweet and spicy combination of hand-breaded Nashville hot fried chicken, topped with dill pickles and drizzled with honey
- Maple Bacon Chicken Biscuit – A bacon waffle topped with hand-breaded fried chicken and bacon, and drizzled with warm syrup
The Big Biscuit did what it does best and added a twist on the classic with three new flavors of Chicken & Waffles:
- Strawberry Shortcake Chicken & Waffles – Sweet meets savory with fresh strawberries, whipped cream, and powdered sugar on top of a Belgian waffle and fried chicken.
- Nashville Hot Chicken & Waffles – The spicy-sweet combo of Nashville hot chicken, pickles, and honey over a Belgian waffle
- Maple Bacon Chicken & Waffles – A bacon waffle topped with hand-breaded fried chicken and drizzled in warm syrup
The Big Biscuit puts a twist on a southern classic with its new Specialty Grits:
- Loaded Country Grits – Topped with onions, green peppers, and cheddar
- City Grits – Topped with bacon, onion, and tomato
