Dr. Brett Braly, M.D., is a fellowship-trained, board-certified spine surgeon with a unique distinction—he’s Oklahoma City’s only surgeon admitted to the Society of Lateral Access Surgery. His credentials from ABOS, AAOS, LSRS, and membership in NASS and SOLAS, along with his team at The Spine Clinic of Oklahoma City, have helped residents manage neck and back pain, guiding them from conservative treatment to advanced minimally invasive procedures for more than a decade.
Dr. Braly has mastered advanced techniques in spine care, including Lateral Lumbar Interbody Fusion (LLIF), cervical fusion, and both cervical and lumbar decompressions. He has also innovated by designing and refining implants, retractors, and surgical approaches to reduce trauma and improve recovery. His expertise has earned international recognition and roles as an instructor for minimally invasive spine procedures. His research contributions include multiple publications and speaking engagements. He was honored as one of the North American Spine Society’s “20 Under 40.”
Dr. Braly’s patient-first approach prioritizes noninvasive protocols, such as physical therapy, medication and injections. Many of his patients avoid surgery entirely. Yet for those who do require surgical attention, the outcomes speak for themselves. “I wish I had done this sooner,” say many who undergo carefully performed spinal procedures.
Experience care that begins with listening, continues with precision, and restores function. Choose Dr. Brett Braly at The Spine Clinic—where every spine is unique and treated with skill, respect, and a commitment to long-term wellbeing.
