The Last Five Years with Southern Plains Productions
Jason Robert Brown’s The Last Five Years has some of the most beautiful and heartbreaking songs featured in a contemporary musical. This weekend, experience rising Broadway star Erin Elizabeth Clemons and Tristan McIntyre come together as Cathy and Jamie as this complex, time-bending musical follows the arc of their marriage.

Downtown OKC Day
Whether you work, live or are just a fan of Downtown, head to Kerr Park on June 3 and have a festive lunchtime experience! There will be food trucks, yard games, pop-up booths and lots of activities provided by some of downtown’s not-for-profit organizations and services. Attendees will receive free bottled water courtesy of Paycom Center and complimentary popsicles from Wondervan Pops.

Craig Robinson at Bricktown Comedy Club
Comedian Craig Robinson, best known for his roles on hit TV shows like “The Office” and “Brooklyn Nine-Nine,” is performing his set on stage at Bricktown Comedy Club. Robinson is a master joke writer, as well as an excellent musician, and he pairs these two talents for an unforgettable comedy show.

Summer Beats & Eats
The City of Moore is hosting its annual Summer Beats & Eats event at the Central Park Amphitheater and Pavilion. The night will include a free concert from The Coveralls as well as fun activities, lawn games and food trucks. Anthem Brewery will also be on site pouring cold, delicious craft beer.

Pride on 39th Street Festival and Parade
Celebrate Pride at one of the biggest festivals in Oklahoma City! All weekend, the 39th Street District will have fun events, vendors and entertainment, capping the weekend off with an epic parade on Sunday morning. This year’s theme is “It’s a Community Effort” and the weekend is aimed at bringing the community together to celebrate diversity, culture, connection and love.

Scissortail Park’s Summer Concert Series 2026
Scissortail Park has brought back its free Summer Concert Series live from the Love’s Travel Stop Stage and Great Lawn. This month, grab a blanket, a picnic and some friends for a night of music entitled “The Summer of Soul.”
The Route 66 Blue Hippo Festival
Join in the Route 66 Centennial celebrations with Edmond’s Route 66 Blue Hippo Festival, which is also celebrating the re-opening of Stephenson Park. The afternoon will include family-friendly activities, performances and all things blue, including blue classic cars; blues and bluegrass music; and blue arts and crafts projects to bring home. There will also be several hippo themed games as well as hippo and Route 66 trivia throughout the park.
Pride on 9th
Oklahoma City’s most colorful street celebrates Pride with an outdoor festival where all are welcome. The event includes an artist market with over 40 local artist vendors and a DJ performance by Married worthy of an outdoor dance party. Plus, the immersive art experience Factory Obscura Mix-Tape will be open late until 10 PM.

Oklahoma City Museum of Art Access for All
The Art Bridges Foundation’s Access for All program allows the Oklahoma City Museum of Art to allow free admission to guests on the second Sunday of the month. Make sure you see one of the masterworks of modern sculpture, Rodin’s “The Three Shades,” before it is taken off view Aug. 23.

deadCenter Film Festival
Oklahoma’s largest, coolest and Oscar-qualifying film festival returns, screening nearly 200 cinematic productions including both feature films and short films. deadCenter draws incredible, groundbreaking films from directors and producers from Oklahoma, the United States and across the globe. There are also many other fun events planned throughout the festival, including an opening night party and multiple panels with expert guests! Guests can purchases tickets to individual films or passes to the entire festival.

The Picture of Dorian Gray at Storyteller Theatre
Oscar Wilde’s gothic masterpiece The Picture of Dorian Gray has been adapted for the stage by Justice Wickstrom, with all of the twists and turns which made the novel one of the greatest of all time. Watch Gray’s descent into madness as he strives to maintain his youthful, handsome looks after making a deal with the devil. This production is rated PG-13 and is intended for mature audiences.

Pride! on the Plaza
The monthly block party in The Plaza is a great time to fall in love all over again with one of our quirkiest districts. This month, as the locals celebrate Pride, find unique gifts from one of the funky local shops and stop in to have a bite to eat or a cocktail at one of the many restaurants or bars. Don’t forget to check out the Plaza Walls murals throughout the district as well.
Matt Maeson at the Criterion
Singer-songwriter Matt Maeson takes the stage at the Criterion on June 12 with special guest Haffway. Maeson is known for his emotional lyrics and raw, vulnerable vocals, and has mesmerized fans around the globe.
Scissortail Park’s Night Market
Scissortail Park’s most popular evening event returns this month for their June Night Market. With incredible live entertainment, dozens of local vendors and merchants to shop from and delicious food trucks to serve dinner, there is plenty of fun for the entire family.

Leader of the Pack
The ultimate ’60s jukebox musical Leader of the Pack is on stage at the historic Pollard Theatre in Guthrie: This high-energy production tells the true-life story of legendary songwriter Ellie Greenwich and how she wrote some of the most recognizable tunes of the time, featuring some of the hottest girl groups. Audiences will find her story inspirational and heartwarming and will be ready to get out of their seats to dance along with great music.

The Oklahoma City Margarita Festival
Want to help decide who makes the best margs in town? Then head to OKC’s Margarita Festival at Bungalow 23 to taste ten 3.5-oz samples from some of the city’s top restaurants and bars. The festival will also include a DJ playing music all day, food vendors and a beer garden. You can even register to win a margarita-fueled trip to Mexico! Feel good about going to this event, because a portion of the proceeds will go to children’s charities.
Nichols Hills Garden Tour
Explore the beauty and creativity in the outdoor spaces of five glorious Nichols Hills homes. Proceeds of this event are used to fund the maintenance of parks and community spaces throughout historic Nichols Hills. There will also be an all-day celebration at Redbud Park, complete with a free Pilates class at 9am, food trucks and other family-friendly, fun activities.
Cheap Trick with Gin Blossoms
The first concert of Riverwind Casino’s annual Summer Beats and Bites Festival is June 13 with rock and roll super bands Gin Blossoms and Cheap Trick, who are celebrating their 50th anniversary this year! The festival also includes local vendors and food trucks.

Micro Opera Festival 2026
OK City Opera produces a two-day Micro Opera Festival, focusing on performing new works and commissioning local composers to write new short operas and musicals. This year, be in one of the first audiences to watch these brand-new musical productions live on stage, perfect for lovers of opera, musical theatre or just the arts in general. The works include In the Room Women Come and Go, Talking of Michelangelo by Gregory Hoepfner, Scrabble: The Opera by Rebecca Jolley, Charlatan’s Web by Taylor Roland and Family Recipe by Kiegan Ryan.

Annie at Lyric Theatre
Lyric Theatre presents the classic tale of the quirky redheaded orphan, Annie, who takes the stage at the OKC Civic Center. Featuring all the memorable songs you love by composer Charles Strouse, Annie makes her way from the lonely orphanage run by gritty Miss Hannigan to a luxurious mansion of millionaire Oliver Warbucks, facing all sorts of shenanigans on her way with her canine companion Sandy by her side. Annie is a charming way to warm your heart and remind you that on days that are gray and lonely, the sun really will come out tomorrow.

Ella Langley: The Dandelion Tour
Country music artist Ella Langley brings The Dandelion Tour to the Zoo Amphitheater this month with special guest Dylan Marlowe. Known for her gritty, Southern storytelling, Langley has reached the top position on the Billboard music charts as well as both the Spotify and Apple music charts in the United States. She is a powerful performer, and fans of country/western should not miss this night of music.

Juneteenth on the East
The With Love Project presents its annual Juneteenth on the East celebration to uplift Black history, culture, creativity and community throughout the weekend. The event includes a creative panel, a 5K, vendor booths, art exhibitions and fun community activities, and will conclude with an epic performance from Grammy-winner Lupe Fiasco at the Zoo Amphitheater on Saturday night. Artists, entrepreneurs, community residents and educators are all brought together in this event full of love and joy.

Juneteenth Music and Arts Fest
Head to Washington Park to celebrate Juneteenth for two nights of music from headliners Trina, Cupid and The Bar-Keys. This event brings together Black culture and creativity, and will feature delicious food, drinks and fun vendor booths throughout the park.

Factory Obscura’s Summer Solstice
Get ready for the changing of the seasons at Factory Obscura’s Summer Solstice Ceremony, which includes a community dance party. There will be crafts and other fun activities for the whole family. You can even dress up as your favorite spirit if you are moved to do so!
The Sense of Beauty: Six Centuries of Painting from Museo de Arte de Ponce Opens at OKCMOA
The new exhibition at Oklahoma City Museum of Art entitled The Sense of Beauty: Six Centuries of Painting from Museo de Arte de Ponce opens June 20 and will be on view through Sept. 20. In partnership with Museo de Arte de Ponce, 60 paintings will be on display spanning six centuries, many of which have not been seen outside of Puerto Rico since the museum acquired them.

Father’s Day BBQ Festival
Celebrate Father’s Day at OKANA with an exclusive BBQ experience fit for a king! First Americans Museum’s Summer Solstice
Head to First Americans Museum to spend the longest day of the year participating in its annual celebration from 5 to 9 PM. This community event is free and open to anyone wanting to experience culture from many of the tribal nations in Oklahoma. There will be activities, dancing and food before the event concludes with watching the setting of the solstice sun at the tip of the FAM mound.

Youth Pride Night
Factory Obscura is offering a free event (with RSVP) for our younger community to celebrate Pride! This event is specifically geared toward teens, but youth of all ages are welcome (with their adults, if necessary.) In addition to exploring Mix-Tape, kids can take part in a lip-sync showcase and visit community resources including Pivot, Free Mom Hugs and Sisu Youth Services, among several others. There will also be on-site security to protect the integrity of this event.

Edmond LibertyFest
Prepare for America’s 250th birthday a week ahead with a full weekend of activities during Edmond’s LibertyFest. Events including a concert in the park, a rodeo, a classic car show, a jazz festival and a sprint are all on the itinerary.

West Village Fourth Friday
The West Village Fourth Friday—6-10 PM, occurring monthly through October—returns this week. For June, celebrate Puerto Rican food, art and culture at the Puerto Rican Festival happening throughout the district.

Oklahoma PrideFest at Scissortail Park
PrideFest is another huge Pride celebration in Oklahoma City, spanning three days at Scissortail Park and hosted by the Oklahoma Pride Alliance. Throughout the weekend take part in a parade, visit community resources and vendor booths and catch headliner Bob the Drag Queen on the Love’s Travel Stops Stage Saturday evening.

Stars and Stripes River Festival
Head to the future site of the Olympics for the Stars and Stripes River Festival for this annual event featuring rafting, rowing, kayaking and dragon boat racing as well as other RIVERSPORT adventures. There will also be great food, fun yard games and fireworks to close out the evening!
