A glimpse into the historic Miller Neighborhood.

North Oklahoma City’s historic Miller Neighborhood will showcase six of its homes and two gardens during the 21st annual home tour from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. May 22. Enjoy the charm and character of a distinctive neighborhood that dates back to 1907, before statehood, and features mostly Tudor Revival-style and Bungalow/Craftsman-style homes.

Miller’s Boulevard Historic District is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and located between NW 10 and 16 and May and Villa avenues.

Buy the $10 tickets in advance at 23rd Street Antique Mall, Bad Granny’s Bazaar or Classic Silks, online via Eventbrite or at any tour stop on the day of the event. Proceeds for the tour benefit the beautification of the area and help residents maintain its historic integrity.

For added fun, attend the Miller by Moonlight party the night before – from 5:30 to 9 p.m. May 21. The pre-tour party event includes cocktails, dinner, live music, a silent art auction and guided home tours. Tickets are $30 and must be bought online or by emailing equineguy79@gmail.com by May 16.

While you’re in a neighborhood touring mood, make plans for the Nichols Hills Garden and Outdoor Living Tour benefiting the city’s parks on June 4. Tickets are $20 by June 2 at participating retailers or $25 at the gardens. Lists of retailers and homes on the tour are available on the website.
