Where to Sip Spritzes in OKC This Summer

If sunshine was drinkable, it would be an Aperol Spritz. And specifically, the spritzes served at Midtown newcomer Malfi Enoteca. With a chic and sunny design scheme that makes the whole dining room feel like you’re drinking cocktails on the Amalfi coast, the menu features a fizzy Limoncello Spritz topped with Topo Chico and Prosecco, as well as Pisco Sours and ice-cold Vespers.

Sparkling cocktails are the M.O. at Tiny Bubbles, an effervescent wine bar that looks more Mediterranean than Oklahoman. Here, various spritzes and sangrias share the menu with the BYO Spritz, a fun option that lets customers pick their flavor profile—from Aperol to elderflower—to be finished with Prosecco and soda water. 


And for a spritz with a view, head up to RH Rooftop. The glam restaurant pairs seafood towers and caviar-topped lobster rolls with a selection of house spritzes, including a classic Aperol Spritz, a Campari Spritz and a pretty-in-pink Rosé version, rounded with strawberry shrub and Lillet Rosé aperitif.
